Research On Private Entrepreneurs’ Participation In Rural Social Governance

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of modernization of national governance.Rural social governance has become an indispensable part and foundation of national governance,and it is also the key and difficult point to achieve the goal of modernization of national governance.In the face of the new situation of rural economic and social development,exploring new ways of rural social governance is not only conducive to promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,but also helps to build a social governance pattern of co construction,governance and sharing.Since the reform and opening up,the vigorous development of private economy has given birth to the growing group of private entrepreneurs.Compared with ordinary people,private entrepreneurs have a broader vision,bolder thinking and more pragmatic style.Bringing these advantages into rural social governance can effectively change the disadvantages of rural social governance,such as excessive government administrative means and high comprehensive cost,and improve the rural social governance Village social governance pattern,stimulate social vitality.At the same time,relying on the advantages of enterprises and available funds,private entrepreneurs can be applied to rural social governance through independent ways such as promoting employment,industrial poverty alleviation and charitable donation,so as to realize the positive interaction of social governance,economic development and improvement of people’s livelihood.This paper aims to investigate the specific cases of private entrepreneurs’ participation in rural social governance through field visits,analyze and synthesize based on objective facts,focus on the main ways of private entrepreneurs’ participation in rural social governance,and further compare and summarize the advantages of private entrepreneurs’ participation in rural social governance;This paper analyzes the problems in the process of private entrepreneurs’ participation in rural social governance,such as illegal institutionalization,the use of social organizations,and the relationship between government and business.It summarizes the reasons for the problems,such as the weak legal concept of private entrepreneurs,the lack of understanding of social organizations,and the backward concept of government and business.Finally,it discusses how to strengthen the legal concept of social governance,improve the level of the use of social organizations To speed up the construction of Pro Qing government business relations and other optimization countermeasures.The conclusion is that the participation of private entrepreneurs in rural social governance can effectively integrate social resources,accelerate the construction of social governance model with multiple participants,and create a new pattern of co construction,governance and shared social governance.
