Research On Public Satisfaction Evaluation And Promotion Of Administrative Scale Adjustment In Beibaixiang Town

China’s economic market is expanding rapidly,so it is inevitable to improve the details of its system architecture.If we want to do this well,we should start from the aspects of withdrawing counties and setting up cities,setting up districts,and improving the province directly governing counties.Such changes can promote the economic growth of cities.The optimization and adjustment of the scale of administrative villages not only lies in the re planning and distribution of administrative regions,but also is the only way to progress in our country.This measure is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for the grass-roots government.It is a problem for both the government and the people to adapt to the new working and living environment.However,at present,the follow-up work on the scale adjustment of administrative villages is not enough attention.It needs quantitative data to evaluate the satisfaction after the scale optimization and adjustment,so as to better put forward the appropriate development planning and opinions.First of all,this paper defines the relevant concepts,including administrative scale adjustment,satisfaction evaluation and community development model,which lays the foundation for the full text research.Then,the satisfaction evaluation system after scale optimization and adjustment was established,including 4 first level indicators,15 second level indicators and 35 third level indicators,involving government efficiency,transportation,economic development,cultural construction and other aspects.Then,it briefly introduces the current situation of the administrative scale adjustment in Wenzhou area and the optimization of the administrative village scale in beibaixiang Town,and carries out the design,inspection,investigation and analysis of the satisfaction questionnaire.By mining the effective information in the questionnaire,this paper summarizes the existing problems in beibaixiang Town,such as the village cadres’ failure to adapt to the new work content and mode,the imperfect fund management and public service mechanism of new village institutions,the lack of community guidance of villagers’ humanistic thought,and the poor development of rural road network.Finally,in view of the problems existing in beibaixiang town of Yueqing City,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and guarantee measures,including optimizing team structure,reasonably arranging expenditure,cultivating community awareness and optimizing rural road network.The research of this paper will help to carry out the follow-up work of administrative scale adjustment in beibaixiang Town,further improve the operation efficiency of the government and strengthen the guiding role,so as to build a modern village with healthy economic development,advanced community culture construction and convenient transportation network.At the same time,the research ideas and conclusions of this paper will also have a certain reference value for the scale optimization and adjustment of other regions in China.
