Research On The Supply Of Home Care Services In Urban Communities

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of community home-based care services in Taishan District of Taian City,and through the investigation of the demand of the elderly in Taishan District of Taian City,this paper concludes that the theory of collaborative governance is embedded in the supply of community home-based care services,It can highlight the applicability of the current urban community home-based care service supply and the advantages of urban community home-based care service.With the help of interview,questionnaire survey and literature analysis,this paper makes a detailed discussion and in-depth discussion on the specific advantages of multi-agent collaborative governance in our country’s urban community home-based care service supply.Based on the field investigation,summary and analysis of community home-based care services in Taishan District,we can know that there are many contradictions and problems in the supply of community home-based care services in Taishan District,Taian City,mainly including: insufficient supply of community home-based care services,mismatch between supply and demand,insufficient participation of suppliers,lack of professional supply and other issues.From the perspective of government,community,professional institutions and social power suppliers,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems.The main reasons are the lack of leading role of the government,unclear positioning of the community,slow development of professional institutions and low degree of social support.Although the main supply body of community home-based care services is gradually becoming diversified,the number and types of the main supply body are relatively single,and the specific information communication and coordination between the main supply bodies are relatively scarce.In this case,it not only wastes resources,but also can not maximize the role of the main supply bodies.On the basis of clarifying the responsibilities of each subject,this paper analyzes and discusses the collaborative governance of government,community,social forces and professional institutions in urban community home-based care service.Collaborative governance can enrich community home-based care service resources,continuously optimize the allocation of resources,and make urban community home-based care service achieve more efficient supply,Let the urban community home-based care services to achieve a greater level of improvement.Through the research of Taishan District community home-based care services,we find the existing problems and put forward the improvement path,so as to provide a certain reference for our country’s community home-based care services and its development,so that the elderly can better enjoy the care services.
