Research On The Pension Service Of Fu Nian Kang Home Care Service Penter In Hegang

The proportion of the elderly population to the total population in Hegang is increasing year by year.The old-age service has become an important item of social security in urgent need of development.In order to alleviate the pressure of the old-age service in Hegang,the Hegang municipal government has established the Fu Nian Kang Home Old-age Service Center by attracting investment to develop the home-based old-age service,with the aim of improving the old-age situation of the elderly.Explore an effective way to solve the old-age problem of Hegang residents.From the aspects of economic cost,social benefit and coverage of old-age support,the home-based pension service center is an important way of the old-age service in Hegang city at present and in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to apply it to the old-age service in Hegang City.Conduct a follow-up survey.On the basis of investigation and analysis,further promote the development of Hegang Fu Nian Kang Home Old-age Service Center.Starting from the background of the deepening aging of the population in Hegang City,this paper conducts a research on home-based pension service,defines the concepts of home-based pension service and home-based pension service center,and carries out an analysis and Research on them on the basis of hierarchy of needs theory,social embeddedness theory and welfare pluralism theory.By using the methods of field investigation and qualitative analysis,this paper carries out a research on Fukui.By visiting and investigating the Funian Home-based Care Service Center,we found that there are many problems in the Funian Home-based Care Service Center,such as inadequate infrastructure construction,low level of professional skills of relevant staff,insufficient attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly,and analyzed the main causes of the problems in the Funian Home-based Care Service Center of Hegang City.The reasons are that the laws and regulations of home-based pension service are not perfect,the mechanism of supervision and evaluation is not perfect,the financial investment is less and the social resources are not fully utilized.Based on the successful experience of home-based pension service in Japan,the United States,Lianyungang and Shenyang,and combined with the actual situation of Funian Home-based Care Service Center,this paper draws some enlightenments,such as establishing and improving the laws and regulations of home-based pension service and related mechanisms,effectively integrating social resources,and training professional service personnel.Based on the Enlightenment of home-based pension service experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward that the national and regional governments should formulate relevant laws,regulations and policies to regulate the industry and establish corresponding evaluation mechanism.The center should broaden the sources of funds,strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the comprehensive quality of service personnel to solve the problems of home-based pension service in Funiankang Home-based Care Service Center of Hegang City.The countermeasures should be taken in order to realize the good implementation of the old-age service in the Funian Home-based Care Service Center of Hegang City.
