| The year 2020 is the final year of “the 13th Five-Year Plan”,a decisive year in the battle against poverty and the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.However,the realization of these goals doesn’t mean that the problem of rural poverty in China has been completely solved.On the contrary,we are still far from achieving rural revitalization.After the elimination of absolute poverty in rural areas,the next step is to alleviate relative poverty,solve the development gap and achieve common prosperity.That is to say,China’s rural development will still face many problems in the future.How to avoid new poverty,avoid the risk of returning to poverty,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,realize agricultural and rural modernization,and then comprehensively realize rural revitalization is still a challenge for the Party and the country.In the face of these new tasks and new challenges,the rural grass-roots party building work will also be faced with new difficulties,new problems,we must take measures to use new ways and methods to strengthen the rural grass-roots party building work,in order to grasp the party building to promote rural development.The spirit of craftsmanship has a long history.In the new era of socialism,the Party and the state still refer to it many times and emphasize the need to carry forward and promote it.The connotation of The Times contained in the craftsman spirit plays a guiding role in reforming the form,creating the brand,stimulating the vitality and promoting the innovation of the rural grass-roots Party building work.Discussing the application of the craftsman spirit in the rural grass-roots Party building will improve and develop the rural grass-roots Party building while promoting the craftsman spirit.Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,as a border minority area in China,has more representative and reference significance in the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations.This paper takes the craftsman spirit and the rural grass-roots party building work as the breakthrough point,takes the rural grass-roots party organization in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,and focuses on the application of the craftsman spirit in the rural grass-roots party building work.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,the second to the fourth chapter is the body part.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose,significance,current situation,content,method and innovation of this paper.The second chapter respectively summarizes the historical development context,connotation,the importance of inheritance of craftsman spirit and the historical development context,connotation and the necessity of strengthening the rural grass-roots party construction.The third chapter mainly analyzes the feasibility,inevitability and significance of the application of craftsman spirit in the rural grass-roots party building work from the theoretical perspective.The fourth chapter takes Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture rural grass-roots party building as an example,the use of data collection,field investigation and distribute way of questionnaire,the spirit of craftsman in promoting the rural grassroots party organizations in the concrete application,artisans of mental horizon,promoting the rural grassroots party construction are summarized,the problems by analyzing the spirit of craftsman in rural grassroots party construction path,and the application in leading role in the play spirit value and promote the development of the rural basic-level party organization construction.The conclusion points out the theme of the article again,emphasizing the significance of the application of the craftsman spirit in the rural grass-roots party construction. |
