| The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to carry out the improvement of rural living environment,which is a major task for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and is also the basis and premise of building a beautiful countryside.Vigorously improving the working and living environment in rural areas and improving the rural living environment is an important part of coordinated urban and rural development and the key to building a beautiful China.In this paper,under the background of the construction of beautiful countryside,the connotation of beautiful countryside and rural living environment is elaborated by taking the rural area of Jilin Province which is relatively lagging behind in economic development as the research object.The necessity of the improvement of rural living environment is expounded from several aspects,such as the important content of the construction of beautiful countryside,the effective way to resolve the main social contradictions in the new era,the important part of the rural revitalization,and the booster of the construction of beautiful China.To understand and read Marxist theory of ecological civilization,Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship and rural revitalization strategy.Through literature research,questionnaire,comparative analysis and interdisciplinary study and other research methods,in jilin province to carry out the rural residential environment improvement action plan for three years as the backing,the practice of the vast rural areas in the process of human settlement environment renovation,villagers in the village Cun Mao,environmental awareness,garbage transport,sewage treatment,such as toilet revolution’s achievements summarized,The lack of joint efforts among various government departments,investment and financing difficulties,the lack of regulatory bodies and the construction of institutional mechanisms and other aspects of the existing problems are summarized.Finally,combining with the specific content of the construction of beautiful countryside,it tries to find out the principles and countermeasures that can make the improvement of rural living environment and the construction of beautiful countryside promote each other.It puts forward the regulation principles of taking measures according to local conditions,taking precise measures,giving priority to demonstration,advancing in an orderly way,laying equal emphasis on construction and management,and running in a long-term way.Combined with the characteristics of jilin province,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening government leadership,increasing investment and financing,strengthening main body construction and perfecting mechanism and system.Finally,it is hoped that through the improvement of rural human settlement environment in Jilin Province. |
