As primaryindustry, Agriculture is important in the national economy. Ruralpopulation is more than half of the nation’s. The important，difficultand key point is countryside to build comprehensive construction well-offsociety. The situation of the rural lead that human living environment isthe most concerned, the most direct, the most realistic and the mostinterested stuff by farmer. At the same time, the party and government mustadopt effective policy to solve them. At present, the rural residentialenvironment of Jilin province has many lack, so that we need to makeunremitting efforts on completely changing the state of the rural.This subject is trying to use of Marxist theory of urban and ruralintegration, to analyze improving the rural residential environment,Marx’s view that the cities and industry is developed on rural andagricultural, developed cities and industry should back-feed agricultureand rural areas, which creates equal unified new relationship between urbanand rural areas, promote urban and rural social fusion; Base on DengXiaoping’s theory and the scientific developing view, researchimprovement of the rural residential environment. Using socialist commonprosperity thought and coordination of urban and rural development theory,study urban and rural basic public goods supplying balance. Through thereasonable allocation of factors, improve the rural living environment andpromote the harmonious development of urban and rural society and people’scommon prosperity.The writer follows " problem putting forward, problem analysis,problem solving", takes qualitative research and quantitative research,empirical analysis and normative analysis method, combines theory withpractice, accesses relevant information, clarifies the concept, analysesthe improving rural residential environment logically and contently. InChapter1, put forward the introduction the rural residential environmentto improve the urgency of the problem firstly and the meaning of home andabroad about rural residential environment improvement in research,summarized the characteristics and the main conclusion, and puts forwardto be strengthened respect, at the same time explained thinking andmethods of study. In Chapter2this paper clearly expounds the residential environment and urban and rural development, the construction of newsocialist countryside concept and connotation, points out the inner linkbetween the three Chapters. In Chapter3, presents situation of the Jilinrural residential environment. In this paper, the existing problems areanalyzed, and concludes the reasons, takes empirical analysis.
