Research On The Path Of Rural Smart Governance In Yanbian Area

With the rapid popularization and application of new-generation information technologies such as the Internet of things,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,Chinese society has begun to enter a new stage of social development following the agricultural society,industrial society,and information society,that is,the smart society.The smart society puts forward new requirements for the social governance model.As one of the important components of social governance,rural governance must also keep abreast of the development of the times and achieve intelligent governance.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the building of a smart society is listed as an important part of my country’s acceleration of building an innovative country,and it is proposed to create a social governance pattern of“co-construction,co-governance and sharing”.This has pointed out clear goals for us to explore the new path of rural governance modernization.The new requirements for rural revitalization of “effective governance”and the new requirements for the construction of a social governance pattern of “co-building,co-governance and sharing” have made us deeply aware of the necessity of reforming rural social governance models.The rural smart governance model is a comprehensive governance model and an innovative path to modernize rural governance.The modernization of rural governance can promote the diversified governance,coordinated governance and technological governance of rural society,and lay a solid foundation for rural revitalization in the new era.In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,Yanbian rural politics,economy,culture,medical treatment,education and other fields have achieved significant results and made considerable progress.However,due to the influence of geographical environment,economic development,living customs and other factors,there are still some urgent problems to be solved in Yanbian rural society.This paper takes the villages of Yanbian area as the research object,and studies the feasibility of implementing the rural smart governance model in the villages of Yanbian area.Use the systematic and comprehensive SWOT analysis method to further study the status quo of rural social governance and development environment in Yanbian area,and combine the internal disadvantages and external threats to find out the main dilemmas of using smart governance model in the rural areas of Yanbian area.According to the SWOT analysis matrix and main dilemmas of rural smart governance in Yanbian area,puts forward a new path of rural smart governance in Yanbian area from four aspects: making the“four governance”plan,promoting the construction of rural smart government,building a grid governance platform and cultivating the modern thinking of rural governance.
