| Russia is one of the two leading military export giants in the world.As the world’s third-largest importer of arms,China’s arms imports from Russia account for more than 80% of all arms imports.China and Russia,the two major arms importers and exporters,have always maintained a very close military product and technological cooperation relationship.However,in recent years,the scale of China’s import of weapons from Russia has shown a downward trend,and the cooperation in the military technology field between the two countries is gradually shifting from pure product and technology introduction to joint development.However,Russia’s past disputes over our country’s intellectual property rights infringement in military trade have made it extremely conservative and very wary in negotiations.In order to solve this problem to a certain extent,this article attempts to analyze and study some of the similarities and differences of the intellectual property protection systems of the two countries,the development history and current situation in the field of defense intellectual property protection,and the practical experience of the two sides in the military technology cooperation business negotiations on intellectual property,focusing on the intellectual property objects,there use and protection,prospect intellectual property,background intellectual property,and try to avoid possible infringement disputes by improving the intellectual property related clauses of future joint development of military technology cooperation business contracts. |
