Research On The Informatization Construction Of The Procuratorate In Midong District Of Urumqi City

During the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,the electronic prosecution project and smart prosecution project of procuratorial organs at all levels across the country continued to advance in depth,and the informatization construction made remarkable achievements.However,due to the profound influence of the e-government concept and judicial reform,some new problems and difficulties have emerged in the informatization construction of procuratorial organs.This article took the Procuratorate of Midong District,Urumqi City as the research object,conducted investigations and studies on the overall status of its informatization construction,analyzed the key factors hindering the development of the informatization of the institution,and proposed measures to solve corresponding problems,so as to promote smooth development of informatization in the institution.This article mainly used the following methods to carry out research on the information construction in Procuratorate of Midong District,Urumqi.First,the paper studied literature on websites,such as CNKI and Wanfang to obtain information about informatization construction,and analyzed authoritative materials of higher-level procuratorial organs to classify and summarize the development status,achievements,informatization construction of the Midong District Procuratorate in Urumqi City and related basic theories.Second,the study issued questionnaires to police officers and people in the procuratorate,and used the collected 135 valid questionnaires to sort out the difficulties and deficiencies that restricted the development of informatization.The third is to learn from advanced cases of the informatization construction of the procuratorial organs in Xinjiang to strengthen the informatization of the Procuratorate in Midong District of Urumqi City,so as to improve related practices of the informatization development.Through the above research,it finally concluded that there were five major problems in the informatization construction of the Procuratorate in Midong District,Urumqi: First,lack of basic hardware construction;second,the low utilization rate of the informatization innovation application platform;third,the shortcomings of the opening of informatization of procuratorial affairs;fourth,major hidden dangers in network security;fifth,shortage of information professionals.Based on the analysis of the root causes of the problem and the use of advanced experience and practices,this article finally proposed five countermeasures to solve the above problems: the first is to attach importance to the construction of information infrastructure;the second is to scientifically and rationally promote the application of informatization;the third is to strengthen leadership and improve mechanisms;the fourth is to attach importance to network information security;the fifth is to strengthen the training of information professionals.
