A Study On The Construction Of Service-oriented Government In Midong District Of Urumqi Under The Background Of "Internet +"

"Internet plus government services" combines cloud computing,big data and other Internet technologies with government services,innovating the government service mode,and collecting more data,so that letting enterprises and residents reduce their running.By using Internet technology,Internet thinking and Internet spirit,we have constructed an intensive,efficient and transparent government governance and operation mode,which has improved the efficiency of government services,provided convenience for the public,and laid a solid foundation for the establishment of service-oriented government.In order to conform to the trend of Internet development and the construction of service-oriented government,this paper studies the construction of a service-oriented government in the background of "Internet plus" in Urumqi’s government.First,it expounds the concepts of service government and Internet plus government service,and describes the current situation of the use of "Internet plus" in constructing the service government in the Midong District.In the construction of "Internet plus government services",the Midong District has achieved good results through optimizing the revised government portal website,developing the media in an all-round way,and improving the functions of the government hall.Compared with the development requirements of the new generation,there are still some problems,such as the low level of information technology of staff,the difficulty of sharing information resources,the low efficiency of interaction with the public,and the security risks of information data.This paper analyzes the causes of the problem by using the new public service theory,by learning from the advanced experience of domestic developed regions in using "Internet +" technology to build a service-oriented government,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the reality of the Midong district,and further promotes the further development of the Internet plus government service in the Midong district.In order to speed up the construction of service-oriented government and realize the modernization of government governance in the Midong district,we should improve the existing channels of government affairs disclosure and public appeal expression,realize information sharing,combine online and offline "virtual and real",improve the public participation rate and satisfaction,and establish and improve the information security system.
