Study On Youth Affairs Management Of Communist Youth League In The New Era

During the NPC and CPPCC sessions in 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that today’s young people will become pillars of the country and backbone of society in the “14th Five-Year Plan” and even in the next 15 years.With the development of the times,young people’s ideas have changed a lot.The Communist Youth League should adapt to the youth and spare no effort to promote the development of the youth to be more appealing among the youth.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the management of the youth affairs of the Communist Youth League in the new era.Through research at four levels,cities,counties,towns and villages in Altay,the study investigated the management of youth affairs from the perspectives of construction,work development and peculiarities in ethnic minority areas.On the basis of the problems found,the study tried to discuss the measures to improve management level of youth league youth affairs,so as to make the league organization get close to the youth.This paper aims to provide some reference for the improvement of youth affairs management of the Communist Youth League in Altay area.This paper took youth affairs management staff in Altay as the research object,and is based on administrative management theory,third sector theory,humanism theory,public choice theory and other disciplines.The study referred to relevant literature,distributed questionnaires to more than 500 personnel whose work was related to youth affairs management,and interviewed 10 management staff who worked in communist youth league organizations,ranging from city to village in Altay.Through the analysis of data collected,the study summarized the problems in youth affairs management in Altay: youth affairs management organization construction to strengthen business ability needs to be strengthened;professional ability of youth affairs management staff needs to be improved;there is a gap between youth affairs management and youth development needs;the youth volunteer service team lacks systemicity in youth affairs management and insufficient funding has reduced the effectiveness of youth affairs management results.Through referring to advanced practices in improving youth affairs management at home and abroad,it is proposed to strengthen the attractiveness of youth affairs management,to build bridges for youth affairs management,to enhance channel construction,to improve youth identity,to strengthen classification guidance and the quality of youth volunteer services,to improve league cadres’ ability and service skills,to strive for financial support for the management of youth affairs.
