And other major strategic ideas and decision-making arrangements.As for the specific mode,on the one hand,e-government,as the government departments of the vast majority of countries in the world,actively uses the new generation of information technology,which plays an important role in promoting the implementation of political system,improving the level of government work,strengthening public service functions,improving the efficiency of administrative office,and optimizing the business environment It is one of the important ways and effective carriers to realize the efficient flow and effective allocation of various high-quality resources such as technology,materials and talents.It is also the main channel and way for China to actively connect with the international diversified market,actively develop the export-oriented economy,continuously introduce high-quality resources and constantly learn advanced experience since the reform and opening up.In recent years,as a major economic province and the forefront of reform and opening up,Shandong has always actively implemented the major strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,actively complied with the development trend of the new generation of information,constantly accelerated the construction of a scientific,standardized and integrated electronic service platform,constantly promoted the standardization,modernization and convenience of government services,and effectively stimulated the entrepreneurship of various economic subjects in the region The driving force and vitality of the province have supported the sustained,healthy and rapid development of the province’s economy and society.Especially with the establishment of China(Shandong)pilot Free Trade Zone,Shandong Province has entered a major historical opportunity period to further improve the level of reform and opening up,build a new highland of opening up in an all-round way,and create a good interactive system of internal and external circulation.In this paper,based on the existing research results,taking the construction of e-government,the effective improvement of government service efficiency and the positive development of high-quality export-oriented economy as the background,this paper firstly analyzes the logical relationship and influence mechanism of E-government on improving government service efficiency and promoting foreign direct investment from the perspective of theoretical research and literature review,Taking Shandong Province as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relationship between the level of e-government construction and the development degree of foreign direct investment.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the development level of e-government and foreign direct investment,that is,the higher the development level of e-government,the more favorable it is to attract more foreign direct investment.Finally,based on the successful cases in China,this paper discusses how to further construct and develop e-government,enhance the efficiency of government services and promote the level of e-government innovation services,optimize the development environment of foreign direct investment,and create the mode of foreign direct investment The investment puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
