Research On The Influence And Mechanism Of Digital Gover Nment Construction On Regional Entrepreneurial Vitality

With the rapid development of modern information technology such as block chain,artificial intelligence and so on,the digital revolution has become one of the core variables of the "great change in a hundred years" in the world.It not only reshapes the mode of economic and social development,but also promotes governments to enter the digital age.Since the Clinton administration first proposed "electronic government" in the late 20 th century,the digital governance model has attracted the attention of all countries,the United States,Britain and other countries have issued digital transformation plans,China is no exception.The fourth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly proposed to further improve the system rules for the application of big data and other technical means in administration and to promote the construction of digital government.At the same time,the decision also proposed to deepen government reform,optimize the business environment,stimulate the vitality of all kinds of market players.It can be seen that the digital government construction in our country is not only in line with the trend of government reform,but also undertakes the important mission of raising the quality of economic and social development and strengthening the endogenous motive force of economic and social development.Entrepreneurship is an important engine of China’s economic and social development,and the promotion of entrepreneurial vitality is an important means to enhance the momentum of economic and social development.Under this background,first of all,based on the construction of digital government in the ascendant,on the basis of defining the connotation of digital government and entrepreneurial vitality,this paper combs the existing research results.The information asymmetry theory and transaction cost theory are introduced to lay the foundation for further research.Secondly,based on the above theory,this paper constructs the internal logic of digital government construction to stimulate regional entrepreneurial vitality,that is,government transparency promotion logic and government service optimization logic.The results show that: first,digital government construction can effectively stimulate regional entrepreneurial vitality.Finally,based on the research findings,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as deepening the construction of digital government,the transparency of government with the help of digital transformation,and optimize the online government service.
