Research On The Reform Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision System In X District Of Xiaogan City

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: “An important reason for the problem of corruption is the existence of loopholes in some systems and mechanisms.We must continue to advance our work with a reform approach and strengthen institutional innovation.” For a long time,the anti-corruption system has played an important role in the fight against corruption.However,there have been small scope of supervision,unscientific cadre construction and weak supervision in discipline inspection and supervision system,which seriously affect the political and social effects of the fight against corruption.Therefore,reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system is very important.In the face of new corruption problems,how to ensure the healthy operation of power,how to serve the people better,and how to better promote the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant studies of discipline inspection and supervision institutions at home and abroad,briefly evaluates the current research status,and then puts forward the research scheme and specific methods of this study.Secondly,the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and related expositions of discipline inspection and supervision system in China are sorted out,and the enlightenment of the relevant theoretical basis for this paper are put forward.Thirdly,the current situation of discipline inspection and supervision system in X district of Xiaogan City are analyzed,and the expounds staffing,internal organization and scope of supervision are introduced in detail.The basic situation of the discipline inspection and supervision work in X District of Xiaogan City is investigated and studied by issuing questionnaires.We have collected a total of 332 sample data,and used SPSS questionnaire analysis and Likert five-point scale method to analyze this data to perform descriptive analysis and correlation analysis.Fourthly,the necessity of discipline inspection and supervision system reform is proposed through the analysis of survey data.It is concluded that the discipline inspection and supervision system have problems such as imperfect institutional mechanisms,insufficient supervision,and unreasonable team building in District X of Xiaogan City.Finally,based on the actual situation in X District of Xiaogan City,three countermeasures for the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision system are proposed.The first is to strengthen the awareness of anti-corruption in system and improve the discipline inspection and supervision system.The second is to strengthen internal and external supervision to form an internal and external supervision linkage mechanism.The third is to strengthen the construction of discipline inspection and supervision teams and cultivate high-quality talents.This paper studies the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system.It takes X district as an example to realize the fight against corruption by improving the discipline inspection and supervision system,strengthening internal and external supervision,and building a team of high-quality cadres.This will be of great significance for building a clean government,building a discipline inspection and supervision system that suits the national conditions of China.
