| Volunteer service is not only an important symbol of social civilization and progress,but also an important carrier to cultivate young pioneers to practice socialist core values.It is also an important way to cultivate young pioneers’ sense of small master,organizational concept,volunteerism and social responsibility.Relying on the young pioneers to carry out volunteer service activities is of great practical significance to improve the effect of volunteer service activities and promote the all-round development of young pioneers.In this study,young pioneers counselors and young pioneers as the survey object,using questionnaire and interview method to understand the current situation of young pioneers volunteer service activities.It is found that the volunteer service activities of the young pioneers are of positive significance to the growth of the members themselves,the organization construction of the young pioneers and the moral education in schools,and the young pioneers mainly to the school as a way to understand,most of the young pioneers to participate in off-campus or on-campus volunteer service activities,at the same time,the young pioneers can give full play to various forces in the school to carry out volunteer service activities,and timely motivate team members according to their performance in participating in the activities.Although some achievements have been made in the volunteer service activities of the young pioneers,there are still some problems.First,at the level of activity awareness,the awareness of policies and values of volunteer service activities of the young pioneers is insufficient,and the awareness of carrying out volunteer service activities through the organization of the young pioneers is relatively weak;Second,at the level of activities,the frequency of activities is low and the content is outdated.Limited to the campus,the off-campus development is not enough;Lack of reflection,...Thirdly,at the level of organizational management,the objectives of activities are vague,the main role of the organization of young pioneers is not fully played,the professional training of young pioneers’ counselors is insufficient,the volunteer service activities lack a complete process management,and the system management and evaluation incentive system are not perfect.Aiming at these problems,mainly from the environment,management system and organizational culture system and activity management Angle,the authoranalyzes the reasons of influence the young pioneers to carry out the volunteer service activities,and put forward to strengthen the construction of the young pioneers volunteer service organization culture,improve the system of organization and construction,standardize the process management of the young pioneers volunteer service activities,in order to promote the further development of the young pioneers volunteer service activities. |
