As an effective assistant of school education,the young pioneers education bears the important task of educating the young children with school education,social education and family education.If the classroom learning is the first classroom for children to acquire knowledge,so the young pioneers activities can be said that the implementation of quality education for children,the ideological and political education,cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of the second classroom.And by the young pioneers activities to moral education,patriotic education and self education and traditional culture education,and cultivate the young pioneers of the sense of responsibility,self management ability,enhance the collective cohesion,and promote the all-round development of children.The activities of the young pioneers are rich and varied.Although the activities of the young pioneers in theory has yet to be studied,but the activities of the young pioneers of the tree has long been fruitful.A productive Young Pioneers activities will take into account the activity time,activity content,activity place,activities of the activities of the target object,etc.,to carry out different activities according to different requirements.Successful activity is child centered,to adapt to the characteristics of children's physical and psychological development,to meet the needs of good habits,get all-round development in moral,intellectual,physical and so,to be a qualified construction of thesuccessors of the socialist cause.However,the young pioneers activities in the process of development,the effectiveness is low,did not reach the young pioneers activities of education,in the actual development is still facing some difficulties.The ordinary method of Harold Garfinkel as the representative of the study emphasis on the daily practice activities of the attention,that daily practice activities with index,scene,rational attributes and reflexivity,which opens up a new perspective for the study of young pioneers activities.The research on the daily practice in the common methodology as the foundation to analyze the problems and reasons of the current activities of the young pioneers of the primary school,and provide some countermeasures or suggestions to effectively carry out the activities of the young pioneers.This study is divided into four partsFirst,introduction.In this study,the research and the young pioneers activities have been combing the related common methodology,defines the core concept of "ethnomethodology" and "Young Pioneers activities",and introduces the research methods the purpose and significance of research and research.Secondly,comparison and application of theory are summarized on the theoretical basis of the ordinary methods in this study three aspects from the theory and methodology of common people,and illustrates the relevance to study the activities of the young pioneers in the common methodology of primary school.Third,from the point of view of the methodology of ordinary people,based on the elements of the daily practice activities in the field of ordinary methodology,this paper reviews the current activities of the young pioneers.Index respectively from ethnomethodology,the scene and expedient,can be illustrated in four aspects and reflexive analysis of primary school Young Pioneers activities exist in the actual development problems and analyzes the reasons.The activities of young pioneers have found primary school Young Pioneers activities content from real life players;ignore the activities of the organization space scene;ignore the organizational ritual,lack of organization characteristics;ignore the real connotation of symbols of the activities of the organization;the
