Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Counsel System In Enshi Prefecture

In September 2013,Enshi Prefecture took the opportunity of establishing the "legal consultant system" to solve the problem of visiting letters concerning law as the breakthrough point.It actively promoted the development model of government purchasing public services,encouraged and guided more lawyers to enter the village,strengthened legal publicity and education,enhanced the legal awareness of the people,provided legal assistance to villagers,and entrusted lawyers to provide villagers and the government with perfect quality,considerate and reliable.As a result,under the current development environment,we have gradually explored a way to build the rule of law that is in line with the actual national conditions.However,in the practical process,there are many problems in the system,such as imperfect working mechanism,difficult legal personnel to meet service needs,weak system implementation,and imperfect evaluation mechanism,funding guarantee system,etc.This paper carries out the operation status of the rural legal consultant system in Enshi Prefecture by means of literature analysis,investigation and comparative research methods.Based on extensive investigation and in-depth analysis,a reasonable and feasible optimization scheme has been formulated on the basis of revealing its existing problems comprehensively,which provides suggestions for promoting the work of the rural legal consultant system in Enshi Prefecture.
