Abstract/Summary:
People with mental disorders faced many problems in life,such as employment,medical treatment and education.The differences between them and normal people mainly focus on language,gross and fine movement,which leads to their difficulties in family life and self-management.People with mental disabilities have a congenital deficiency in communication and expression,which makes it difficult for them to adapt to the changing environment quickly.As a result,their employment difficulty ranks first among the disabled.In China,the overall employment rate of the disabled is about 43%,while the employment rate of the mentally disabled is less than 10% and the employment situation is grim.In line with the principle of design for human beings,the application of design thinking to solve the existing social problems,through the social innovation design method to explore the solution to the mental disorders of the lack of employment services.First of all,this topic of disabled persons with mental disabilities to physical and mental characteristics and life at home and abroad present situation has carried on the literature research,and on society-adaptation schools,in-service teachers and students mental disabilities and related training personnel conducted in-depth interviews,summed up the employment difficulties and challenges in the process of mental disorder,and the employment problem of auxiliary services integrating point and the actual demand,auxiliary service innovation to explore mental disabilities employment opportunities.Through society-adaptation schools curriculum structure and curriculum content research,and choose and employ persons with mental disabilities enterprises employ standard comparison,summed up the basic society-adaptation education and the demand of competitive position difference,combining the theory of education technology theory and cognitive psychology content such as concludes the key elements of mental disabilities auxiliary service system.Secondly,by combining the method of literature review and user investigation,this paper comprehensively studied the three main employment service modes of mental disabled people in China.The evaluation and screening of each model are carried out to obtain the design opportunity points in the job-hunting process of mentally handicapped people,and the positioning of service subjects is connected,the connection of demand support network is established,and the key contact points are established.The service system conducive to the employment of mentally handicapped people is constructed by referring to the social innovation theory and practical methods.Finally,combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics,mental disabilities to use open source hardware programming technology,implement suitable for mental disabilities vocational skills training of product design,by the method of interaction design,reduce mental disabilities cognitive friction in the process of skill training,targeted job skills training,to help them efficiently and smoothly integrated into the work environment.Employment in a real sense is the root cause for people with mental disabilities to gain social security and the best way for them to win social tolerance,acceptance,respect and support.Solving existing social problems through design thinking,fully coordinating resources and demands,and opening up new business models for the employment of mentally handicapped people can not only solve their own economic problems,but also contribute to the realization of social equity and social benefits.
