| As an important foundation for China’s national defense forces,army cadres play an irreplaceable role in their respective posts,and while they silently devote their own youth and blood,Cadre rehabilitation and social adaptation have become important factors to maintain the stability of China’s national defense.Especially in our country comprehensive deepening reform is in the ascendant,the results of reform and opening up are constantly expanding,and the planned and fixed system of military cadres ’rehabilitation in the planned economy era is gradually increasing the contradiction between marketization,autonomy and competitiveness under the socialist market economy system.The problems and difficulties encountered in the rehabilitation and social adaptation of army cadres have been constantly complicated,and the challenges faced have become increasingly difficult.It is necessary to mobilize all forces of the government,the army,the market and individuals to solve this problem.Taking the military cadres transferred from the H region as an example,the current obstacles to the social adaptation of China’s military cadres mainly include the conflict between the policy system and job placement,the contradiction between the economic system and the management system,and the mismatch between individual skills and the employment mechanism.Individual consciousness and employment mechanism incommensurate.The existence of such objective contradictions makes the social adaptation of the army cadres who have been transferred extremely difficultBased on human resource theory,incentive theory,career theory and other basic theories,this paper uses literature analysis,investigation and interview,comparative analysis and other research methods to analyse and sort out the problems existing in the process of social adaptation of the current military cadres.Taking the army stationed in H area as a sample,this paper expounds the objective obstacles to the social adaptation of the military transferred cadres,deeply combines the new situation and characteristics of the socialist market economic system construction and the political system construction in the new period,and refers to the experience and lessons of the social adaptation of the military transferred cadres in different stages of the country.This paper compares and analyses the different processes and modes of resettlement and social adaptation of veterans in different countries and political systems abroad.On this basis,it is of great significance to summarise and summarise the systematic practical countermeasures for the reform and perfection of the social adaptation work of our army’s transferred cadres from the three dimensions of government and army,society and enterprises,and individual cadres. |
