Social Work Is Involved In The Study Of Social Adaptation Of Retired Cadres With A Case Study Of Jiangxi Province's G Officials

Retired cadres of organs enjoy the treatment and service of retirement from state public office,have fixed pension and corresponding medical treatment,and have little economic pressure in material life.However,many retired cadres,especially the newly retired cadres,are not adapted to the mental state,and it is difficult to integrate into the society.The reason is the failure to adapt to the changes of identity and social roles,not to adjust the state of social life after retirement,and to produce bad emotions such as anxiety and sorrow,forming the so-called "retirement syndrome ".Based on this,the author holds the perspective of positive aging of social work,and carries out case work on retired cadres,hoping to change it Improve the social adaptation of retired cadres,promote the physical and mental health of retired cadres,make them actively integrate into the social life after retirement,and improve the quality of life of the elderly.This study takes the newly retired cadres of the direct G organs of Jiangxi Province as the research object,combines with the relevant literature on the social adaptation of the newly retired cadres,through questionnaires and interviews,carries out in-depth investigation and analysis on the social adaptation of the newly retired cadres of the G organs,fully understands the characteristics of the newly retired cadres' physical,psychological,role adaptation,family relations,social participation and value realization,and then selects two newly retired cadres to carry out case work.These two victims are department-level leading cadres Tu and general cadres Zhou.Social workers first assess the physical,psychological,family,social interaction and self-worth of the two after retirement On this basis,two cases were targeted intervention.By improving the social adaptation of the victim,the social worker also pays attention to the family members to play their supporting role,and uses social resources to help the retired cadres to change their roles,and finally to help them successfully integrate into the social environment and adapt to retirement life.Finally,the author evaluates and summarizes the case work service,and combines his own experience in the practice work of the old cadres in the G organs,and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the combination of social work and the work of serving retired cadres to betterhelp the newly retired cadres newly retired cadres state and integrate into the social life after retirement..
