The construction of rural communities is the development trend of the current era and an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.Giving play to the main status of villagers’ participation is the key to the success of the construction of the rural community, and it is also the main force to promote its development.Participation with villagers is affected by many factors, such as behavior attitude, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior control. Therefore,r,this paper takes villagers from 4 towns in Shexian region as samples, combines the mediation effect test and the structural equation to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of villagers’ participation in rural community construction in Shexian region. The main research content of this article includes: firstly,it explains the research background and significance of this article, sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad, clarifies the research ideas, and clarifies the concepts and theoretical basis related to the research of this article.Secondly,a theoretical model was constructed based on the theory of planned behavior, and related research indicators were determined.Through field investigation and questionnaire collection,we found out the problems in participating behaviors of villagers in Shexian County: low willingness to participate, negative attitude towards participation, and subjective behavior of participation. The influence of normative perception behavior control is significant.Through the analysis and sorting of relevant data, and the use of SPSS and AMOS software, the intermediary effect program test and structural equation analysis have been conducted to verify that participation attitudes, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, and willingness to participate are indeed influencing factors affecting villagers’ participation behavior. And draw the following conclusions: First, the behavior intention of villagers to participate in the construction of rural community is affected by many factors including attitude, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior control;second, villagers’ intention to participate can positively affect participating behavior;third, perception Behavior control can positively affect participation behavior;fourth, individual and family conditions will affect participation behavior intention;fifth, participation intention plays a mediating role among participation attitude, participation subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and participation behavior. At the end of the article,it concludes, analyzes the reasons why villagers involved in the county are less involved in the construction of rural communities, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve villagers’ participation in the construction of rural communities, also clarifies the deficiencies of the research in this article and future research.
