Rather than using the media perspective to define the era we are in today,it is far better to start from the perspective of the communication subject,that is,to grasp the activities of the communicator,and to have a deeper understanding of the nature of this era.With the vigorous development of information technology,the authority status of mass communication has been impacted,and it has entered an era of group communication,mass communication,interpersonal communication,and organizational communication.Among them,the subjectivity of group communication is more prominent and has an impact on other forms of transmission.In the new communication environment,we need to pay attention to several obvious characteristics: the ubiquitous virtual space provided by the Internet,especially the mobile Internet,has overturned the mode that the mass media only allocates social resources to a few elite groups,and is endowed by social media.Audiences empowered by social media can conduct two-way and multi-directional interactive communication,individuals gather influential social capital through the social network of group communication;mass communication provides audiences with a mimic environment because of the diversification of the communication subject and the subjective medium of the communication target.The practice gradually disintegrates,the audience has the subjectivity to define the context,they are more active in the expression of public affairs,the formation of a network communication structure with netizens and link relations as the basic elements;technological evolution has realized a society of ordinary individual emotions and cognition.This has become a prominent phenomenon in the new environment of dissemination and new methods of information production.The thesis focuses on the problem of national image shaping,it essentially explores how to show the Chinese story to the audience in the era of group communication,to create a positive image of the country.This needs to pay attention to the changes in the political communication environment in the new era.The main manifestation is that the relationship between the state and the people has changed from a one-way linear communication mode to a two-way interactive complex communication process.The public uses the Internet forms a collective with a stronger sense of group and rights;the mode of communication has shifted from serious,declarative,and rigid communication to the main mode of soft communication in which multiple modes of communication develop in parallel;emotional elements are boosting the effectiveness of political communication,the role is increasingly apparent,and the key to building an identity based on "empathy" as the driving force has become.The image of a country is the perception and evaluation of the national and international public of a country in different fields and dimensions as a whole and detail.It is an important link in the proposition of political communication.In the embarrassing situation of "opening and not calling",there is an urgent need to seek appropriate and effective ways of speaking to strengthen trust and fix this positive trust to form a stable emotion.Moe culture is one of the representatives of contemporary typical youth subculture.After being introduced into Japan,after years of localization development,it has vigorous vitality in the era of mass communication.At present,the production and dissemination of information are no longer limited to newspapers,radio,television,and other mass media.Games,emojis,short videos,and other media discourse methods that are more suitable for the era of mass communication are becoming more and more prosperous,and the communication of cute is supported by the cute power,as an important communication strategy that fits the new era,wraps the far-reaching core with a cute and entertaining shell,expresses the characteristics of centralization and more grounded postmodernism,and embeds the image of the country in the joy of cute cultural consumption experience,satisfying the desire for communication objects to interact and express their emotions has become a new discourse method for national image shaping,which is more conducive to mobilizing emotions and forming cognitive interactions,and then rises to a more stable collective identity,to break through the rigidity in the existing national image having,ungrounded gas and other dilemmas provide new ideas.However,due to the excessive beautification and obscuration of social reality in the cute culture itself,it will pollute the public communication environment if it is not paid attention to.The thesis is based on the background of the change of political communication context in the era of internet-mediated group communication,how official discourse can use the unique advantages of cute power to adapt to the communication environment where individual subjective consciousness is activated and emotional interaction is highlighted,complete the network socialization shift and break through the bottleneck in shaping the national image,constructing effective dialogues with domestic and foreign people,and boosting the effectiveness of communication.Based on this,the thesis looks for cases of applying Moe culture in national image shaping in the past five years and examines the rationality and effect of its dissemination.It is concluded that Moe culture can adapt to consumer culture,transcend class restrictions,in shaping the national image in the era of group communication.It has unique advantages in dissolving social pressure,enriching communication methods,and strengthening emotional identification.The Moe culture can easily grab the attention of the audience in the era of crowd communication and embed in any Internet-based new media technology,the concept of national image is embedded in a code system that is convenient for personalization,and it continues to radiate outward in the highly shared circle of communication,forming an effective communication process with emotion as a connection,and thus continuously enhance the country’s soft power and shape a positive national image.But at the same time,as an unstable mode of communication,it is necessary to explore the possibility of sprouting communication from the aspect of media availability,avoiding the problem of dispelling official subjectivity,over-moeing everything,and obscuring reality,and using the emotions of Moe culture itself.Establishing a communication context that resonates with people at the same frequency;measureing the actual effect of Moe culture from the perspective of constructing identity and conducts positive guidance so that the Moe culture can truly become a unique cultural identity to tell Chinese stories.
