Research On The Development Of Rural Collective Economy In Liping County

The strategy of rural revitalization has been mentioned many times in the No.1 document of the Central Government,and its importance in the work of "three rural areas" in the new era is self-evident.It is of great strategic significance to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas and the ultimate modernization of agriculture and rural areas.To achieve this goal,the development and growth of rural collective economy must be the main grasp.To revive the nation,the countryside must be revitalized.However,there are still many problems facing the development of village collective economy in order to achieve high quality.A comprehensive and objective study of this issue is necessary.Based on this background,this paper is based on the actual situation of rural collective economy in Liping County,Guizhou Province,and analyzes and researches based on the theories of ethnic equality and unity,rural revitalization and urban-rural integration development through literature reading,field survey and case study.The current situation and achievements of rural collective economy development in Liping County are comprehensively summarized,and the problems of lack of policy leadership,weak development force,and low participation of villagers are pointed out.The main constraints are the lack of institutional supply and policy support from the government,the weakness of the two village committees in developing the collective economy,and the lack of enthusiasm and depth of participation from villagers and the public.On this basis,the author proposes countermeasures to develop the collective economy in multiple forms,enhance the confidence of the main body in development,enrich the development team,and introduce social capital.This paper takes the village collective economy of Liping County as the main research content,highlighting the problem awareness,i.e.,sorting out the problems arising in the process of developing the rural collective economy in Liping County and proposing corresponding countermeasures to solve them.It enables the region to get new development momentum in the process of economic development and construction,and promotes the economic and social development and construction of the region.
