Research On The Development Path Of Village Collective Economy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of "implementing the rural revitalization strategy" was proposed,and the development of village collective economy was regarded as an important means to achieve rural revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy and the development of village collective economy complement and promote each other.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy provides new opportunities in terms of systems,factors,and other aspects for the development of village collective economy.It also puts forward requirements on how to develop village collective economy and to what extent it has developed;At the same time,the process of developing village collective economy also provides material,talent,organizational,environmental,cultural and other support for rural revitalization.This article analyzes the main ideas of Marxism classic writers such as Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin,and the main leaders of the CPC in previous dynasties about developing the village collective economy,and the basic characteristics of developing the village collective economy during the three main periods of agricultural cooperation and people’s commune,household contract responsibility system,and socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era,Taking G County,a typical agricultural county in the Jianghan Plain of Jingzhou City,as an example,this study investigates and studies its five main development models,main development practices,and existing shortcomings in the development of village collective economy,such as extensive development methods,lack of motivation among cadres,conservative views among villagers,lack of institutional policies,shortage of professional talents,and difficulties in introducing enterprises.Finally,based on actual situations,it is proposed to use party building to lead rural revitalization,standardize the construction of village collective organization systems,innovate development methods,increase support from superiors,and activate the vitality of rural development entities in areas with similar or similar situations to G County,in order to promote higher quality and more sustainable development of village collective economy.
