New media refers to a kind of new media compared with traditional media such as TV,radio,newspapers and letters.It mainly provides information for p eople by means of new technologies such as mobile communication and Interne t.In recent years,with the progress of science and technology and the populari zation of the Internet,smart phones and other communication tools are rapidly applied and popularized in people's work and life,which makes great changes i n people's work and life,especially has a profound impact on the growth and l earning of young people.In recent years,the research on how to innovate the ideological and political education mode of teenagers has met the eye everywhere,but the research on the guiding strategies of new media for teenagers' ideology growth is not enough.According to the technical advantages of new media and the law of Ideological and political education of teenagers,this paper puts forward the "Three in one" media leading strategy,include "value oriented strategy","interactive participation strategy" and "selective incentive strategy".This paper demonstrates the new functions,professional level,content quality,and innovation of methods of the three strategies.At the same time,this paper also explains the possible obstacles and shortcomings of the "Three in one" strategy.Specifically: in the "value oriented strategy",there are problems such as insufficient preparation of new m edia of the league,plasticity of teenagers' ideology;in the "interactive participa tion strategy",there are problems such as imperfect plat form construction,relatively single form,relatively lagging innovation and lack of equal interactive mechanism;in the "selective incentive strategy",there are problems such as deviation in grasping the characteristics of demand,lack of research on the way of selective incentive,and so on.Finally,this paper puts forward coping strategies: under the "Value oriented strategy”,we should strengthen the construction of new media position,construct the value oriented network,and strengthen the media literacy education of teenagers;under the "interactive participation strategy ",we should strengthen the construction of interactive mechanism,pay attention to the interaction mechanism at the grassroots level,and two-way interactive communication;" under the selective incentive strategy ",we should improve the incentive strategy base To make up for the gap between thesubject and the object,and to enrich the incentive resources of the new media.
