As the social development enters a new period,the country promotes the development of big data technology and artificial intelligence technology,and it becomes more and more important as the raw material of Technological Development —— Data.Many economic forums in the world have mentioned the important role of data resources,which will be given more and more attention in the international and domestic markets,artificial intelligence will play more and more roles in the future development process.With the development of intelligent technologies such as smart phones,smart wearable devices and public intelligent facilities,people rely more and more on artificial intelligence products in their production and life,in order to improve the quality of service and the accuracy of data and Algorithms,it is necessary to deal with more private information to get a more accurate user experience,so data sharing will be the trend in the future,data sharing provides a better experience for individual users and promotes the development of the artificial intelligence industry,thus promoting the progress of society as a whole.But the private information is related to the dignity and freedom of the citizen’s existence,and is related to whether the user can enjoy the real personality in the development of artificial technology.With the development of artificial intelligence technology based on data and Algorithms,private information has broken through the original boundary,and its privacy and non-publicity have been changed.As artificial intelligence automatically collects and processes our information,it is difficult for individuals to control their own privacy,and people gradually enter the era of being fully monitored.With the promotion of artificial intelligence technology,the private information gradually shows the property attribute,the pursuit of information sharing and the pursuit of benefit bonus,and also promotes the artificial intelligence technology to overexcavate and analyze the privacy,the formation of private information illegal reselling,private black market and other phenomena.Therefore,the balance between data sharing and privacy protection needs our careful consideration.This paper starts from seeking the balance between data sharing and privacy protection,in order to put forward theoretical and practical suggestions for data sharing and privacy protection.In this paper,through the artificial intelligence era of private information protection research,is divided into five parts:The first part of the main artificial intelligence and private information overview,introduce the concept of artificial intelligence,characteristics,the concept and characteristics of private information,and the difference between personal information and personal privacy.Based on the cross-relationship between personal privacy and Personal Information,this paper discusses the concept of "personal information",this paper analyzes the new characteristics of the invasion of private information under the artificial intelligence background and the infringement risk of the protection of private information by artificial intelligence.The second part is the current situation of the protection of private information in China,mainly analyzing the status quo of the system and practice of private information protection.The analysis of the current legislation is mainly based on the Civil Code and the Personal Information Protection Law(draft),and the analysis of other laws and regulations on private information.The third part mainly is unifies our country privacy protection present situation,analyzes our country regarding the privacy protection existence question,in particular,the inherent conflict between data sharing and Privacy Protection,the unsound legal system,the impact of new technology on the protection of private information,and the weakness of self-regulation.The fourth part is the detailed understanding of the EU’s model of legislative protection and the United States’ model of legislative protection,to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the two models as well as the significance of China’s relevant protection models.The fifth part is mainly from the value to seek balance,to improve the legal system,to carry out technical reform in the organization,and to strengthen the industry supervision and other aspects of some feasible proposals,in order to seek the balance point between information sharing and private information protection in the development of artificial intelligence technology.
