Research On The Privacy Protection Of Personal Biological Information In My Country In The Era Of Artificial Intelligence

With the continuous maturity of biometric technology and the profound changes in social forms,the purposes and scenarios of its applications have moved from single to multiple.With the advent of the AI era,the application of personal biological information has the characteristics of non-sense collection,online and offline interconnection,and image and video switching.Data algorithms dig deeper from the body of human being,gradually showing the privacy value of personal biometric information.Personal biometric information contains a large number of privacy features,and once the information subject loses control of their own biometric information,it is extremely easy to infringe on his/her privacy and freedom.With the large-scale deployment of intelligent biometric applications in China,some problems in each process of personal biometric information should have a consideration.First of all,in the process of information collection,we currently have the problems of random access to biometrics,formalized informed consent,and non-standard express.Secondly,in response to the problem of the informatization of the body in the application and storage steps,this thesis focuses on the privacy ethical risks,including the shrinking of the spiritual tranquility space caused by the ablation of personal backstage,the disappearance of individuals under deep the capital manipulation,and the stigma of digital personality caused by intelligent biometric popularization.Based on the sensitivity and particularity of personal biometric information,as well as the above-mentioned problems,combine with the actual environment of China,this thesis designs a set of “tripartite balance” mechanism with dynamic preventive protection functions.This mechanism is composed of information individuals.Information processors,information processing authorizers and regulators.The privacy protection of citizens’ personal biometric information is the initial setting.Through the clarification of the rights and responsibilities of the three parties and mutual checks and balances,it is inspiring the greatest potential of biometric data while bring the improved protection of citizens’ biometric information privacy.
