Study On Evolutionary Mechanism And Guiding Strategy Of Empathic Communication In Public Crisis Events

In today’s developed network,the continuous interaction and strengthening between the virtual world and the real world,online and offline,makes the evolution process of empathy communication more covert,sudden and diffuse.People urgently need to break through the traditional research perspective,from the perspective of the Internet,to explore the internal mechanism and related laws of the evolution of empathy communication.Through literature analysis,network text analysis and grounded theory,this paper comprehensively analyzes the fire in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province in 2020.On the one hand,it tries to deepen the understanding of empathy communication in theory.Through the analysis of classic cases,this paper attempts to explore the evolution characteristics of empathy communication in crisis governance and its important impact on public crisis governance,in order to provide some reference opinions for the guidance of empathy in future crisis and the development of empathy communication theory.On the other hand,it tries to analyze the evolution characteristics of empathy communication in practice,and study the merits and improvement experience of current governance from various angles.This paper first combs the emergence and evolution of empathy communication from the perspective of "coding decoding",and finally comes to the conclusion that empathy communication comes from the public feedback on information,and comes to the evolution starting point,evolution ideas and evolution subject of empathy communication.Then,through the network text analysis method,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of high-frequency words and the connotation of high-frequency words,and obtains six key evolution elements of "event stimulation","emotion generation","emotion transfer","emotion calming","media intervention","government action" and "media intervention",and forms the system process of the evolution of empathy communication.Next,through the comparative analysis of the daily network semantic map of Liangshan fire,the characteristics of empathy propagation evolution are summarized,and finally the three stages of evolution are obtained:initial stage,fluctuation stage and stable stage.In the initial stage,empathy communication presents the characteristics of blind optimism and strong uncertainty.The fluctuation period presents the characteristics of mood with a large range of sadness and happiness.In the stable period,the public mentality tends to be stable and gradually rational.This paper argues that after the outbreak of the public crisis,with the progress of the event,people’s psychology and emotions will eventually become rational,blind optimism and extreme pessimism are only temporary,and rational humanistic care is the final destination and result of the evolution of empathy communication.
