Practical Exploration Of Group Work In Rural Welfare Relying On Women S Endogenous Motivation

As a result of the large number of young and middle-aged men in rural areas in Gansu province going out to work all the year round,rural women have become an important supporting force for family income increase and rural social and economic development.Only when women are full of energy can families flourish and rural development achieve greater progress.Judging from the work that has been carried out so far,there are a large number of poor families in rural areas of Gansu who have set up archives and set up cards.The women in these families do not have the endogenous motive force to pursue development,and the idea of “Equality,reliance and importance” is prominent,there are obvious welfare dependence problems,which to a certain extent affect the process of rural development and the full completion of the Xiaokang.This paper takes the welfare-dependent women in the poor households of Y village in Gansu province as the research object,and relies on the social work institutions that carry out social services in the village Y,through on-the-spot investigation to grasp the general situation of welfare dependence in y village as a whole,conduct in-depth interviews with social workers,village cadres and villagers,and analyze the reality of Y village’s welfare dependence on women’s endogenous motivation,and actively explore motivational strategies.Guided by the theory of empowerment and the theory of social learning,this paper aims to help the welfare-dependent women in village y rediscover themselves by developing the working methods of the group of activities of “Embroidering wonderful” women’s manual embroidery,wake up their self-consciousness,by tapping their own potential,guide them to get rid of the wrong idea of welfare dependence,enhance their self-development ability,out of the difficulties in life,to provide practical support for y village women to lift themselves out of poverty and rural development,and finally achieve the goal of stimulating and improving the welfare of Y village to rely on women’s endogenous motivation.Through the group activity of “Embroidering wonderful” women’s hand embroidery,this study draws the following conclusions: first,the welfare dependence of women in Y village is the result of many factors,among which the lack of endogenous motivation is the main reason.Second,the group work can deeply analyze the welfare dependence of women’s own needs,set up the self-support network of group members and the mutual support network of the community,stimulate the endogenous motivation,and alleviate the degree of welfare dependence.Third,the group work intervention endogenous motivation can promote the rural welfare of women dependent on change and personality development,improve self-development capacity.Because of the particularity of the research subject and the service object,social workers need to flexibly adjust the content of activities and provide targeted services,and to stimulate endogenous motivation needs many factors and many ways to work together,needs to carry on the later period follow-up to the service object,but because of the project implementation cycle reason,has not been able to follow up promptly effectively.
