| On February 25,2021,China solemnly declared to the world that China had won a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty. All 98.99 million rural residents living below the current poverty line were lifted out of poverty,832poverty-stricken counties and 128,000 poverty-stricken villages were lifted, the overall regional poverty was resolved, the arduous task of eliminating absolute poverty was accomplished, and the historical problem of absolute poverty that had plagued the Chinese nation for thousands of years was solved. This achievement could not have been achieved without the hard work of 255,000 village-based task teams, more than 3 million first secretaries and village-based cadres, and more than 2million township cadres and millions of village cadres.Although the problem of absolute poverty has been eliminated, with economic and social development, relative poverty will persist for a long time. Therefore, consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and implementing the rural revitalization strategy have become the focus of the current rural work, and it has become an inevitable choice to continue to select village teams and first secretaries to key villages.Whether in the period of poverty alleviation or the stage of rural revitalization, the village-based task teams has played a non-negligible role in rural development. This paper focuses on the influence of the endogenous motivation of the village-based task teams on the effectiveness of the assistance, based on the theory of the three-factor endogenous motivation model(endogenous motivation consisting of three factors including values,self-perception and supporting behavior tendency). It takes the village-based teams in Q city as an example, analyzes the existing problems and causes of endogenous motivation of the village-based teams, and propose solutions or improvements from the personnel appointment, current management, supervision and evaluation, reward and punishment through literature research, interviews, questionnaire surveys and other methods,in order to provide reference suggestions for the better selection, management and training of village-based team members in the future and maximize the benefits of assistance. |
