Study On The Function Of Ideological And Political Education Of Village Regulations In South Yunnan

The village rules and regulations have a long history in the governance of rural society in China.The modern village rules and regulations not only follow the fine folk customs and good traditions of moral education in rural society,but also combine the new characteristics of rural society under the background of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Facing the new situation and new problems in rural society after the national comprehensive poverty alleviation,how to give full play to the advantages of ideological and political education in multi-ethnic frontier rural areas and realize the positive role of village rules and regulations in rural social governance in self-management,self-education,self-restraint and self-service needs our in-depth study.In view of the rural areas in southern Yunnan is located in the frontier,the environment is complex,the education level is backward,the educational resources are scarce,and the villagers ’ cultural level is low,this paper aims to study the ideological and political education function of village regulations and conventions,in order to help the ideological and political educators in rural areas in southern Yunnan excavate local educational resources and carriers,and help the villagers to establish the correct concept of family and country,political consciousness and rule of law.This paper mainly consists of four parts:The first part mainly expounds the brief course of China ’ s rural governance and the demand of rural revitalization for innovative village regulations and innovative ideological and political education,and analyzes the era value of studying the ideological and political education function of village regulations in rural areas of southern Yunnan.The second part,according to the role,object and scope of influence of village regulations,expounds the five main functions of ideological and political education.The third part through the questionnaire survey and interview to understand the rural areas in southern Yunnan village regulations play the function of ideological and political education present situation,and analyzes the existing problems,analyzes the reasons of the problem.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to play the role of village rules in ideological and political education in rural areas of southern Yunnan from the perspectives of the relationship between village rules,village rules and ideological and political education,education team,villagers and guarantee mechanism.
