| 2020 is the year of China’s efforts to lift it out of poverty,and it is a milestone for China to win the great victory of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to win socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The system of cadres stationed in villages is the traditional system of the Communist Party of China in rural work,which plays an important role in promoting the development of agricultural and rural economy and perfecting the construction of the grass-roots level in China.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward in the Decision of the Cpc Central Committee and the State Council on Winning the Fight against Poverty: We should strengthen the construction of poverty-relief development teams,accurately select village cadres stationed in villages and village-based task forces,take the strength of the whole Party and society,and resolutely win the fight against poverty.We will strengthen the training and exercise of reserve cadres,give full play to the role of battle bastions at the grass-roots level,and comprehensively promote rural economic development,political and cultural construction,and the formation of a culture of good governance in rural areas.The selection of cadres with good political discipline,strong operational ability and excellent style to the poor villages to carry out the work of helping the villages,in order to achieve accurate poverty alleviation,to achieve a decisive victory in poverty alleviation.Qiubei County is located in the southeast of Yunnan Province,the northern part of Wenshan County,belongs to the national "Belt and Road",the Yangtze River Economic Belt construction strategy category.In recent years,he has accumulated some work experience in the work of poverty alleviation in the villages of cadres.This paper conducts investigation and research from the perspective of the management of cadres in villages in Qiubei County,analyzes the existing problems and causes in the management of cadres in villages from the aspects of selection,management,assessment,incentive and service,and draws on the development experience at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions for the current management of cadres in villages from the perspective of human resources management.With a view to putting forward constructive opinions on the management system of cadres stationed in villages,and putting forward prospects and thinking about the role and orientation of village-based task forces in the strategy of rural revitalization. |
