| The Communist Youth League is the Party’s assistant and reserved army.The cadres of the Communist Youth League are the keys to do a good job of the Communist Youth League.Cultivating a team of responsible and high-quality professional Communist Youth League cadres will play a role in promoting the development and reform of the Communist Youth League under the background of the new era.In the process of building the team of league cadres,the education and training of league cadres has played a basic,strategic and leading role.Effective education and training are important for improving the political literacy of league cadres,improving their professional work ability,better educating and leading young people,organizing and mobilizing young people,contacting and serving young people,further consolidating and expanding the Party’s youth mass base in power,and fulfilling the glorious missions and tasks the Party handed over to the Communist Youth League.The "newness" in the education and training of league cadres in the new era is mainly reflected in the wider coverage of training targets,increasing training intensity,longer and longer training hours,more and more targeted,and more and more professional requirements.New situations and new changes in higher and higher areas,and these new situations and new changes have put forward higher requirements for the education and training of league cadres in the new era.This article uses document analysis methods,field investigations,and access to materials to understand the current development history and latest research results of the education and training of civil servants(league cadres)at home and abroad.Taking the National Youth Center for Revolutionary History,Jinggangshan as an example,an in-depth investigation has been carried out.In this research activity,the education and training of the Communist Youth League cadres were interpreted through four different stages,and then the problems existing in the current cadre training work were discussed,from the training system model and the relevant theories of the competency model,it uses the relevant theories used by predecessors in the public sector as the research basis.On the basis of full field investigations on the current situation of National Youth Center for Revolutionary History,Jinggangshan for youth in recent years,analyze the current advantages and disadvantages of the current league cadre training system as well as the general cognition existing in the training work and the actual work,and point out the deficiencies.It starts from four perspectives: how to analyze the training needs of league cadres in the new era,how to set training goals based on the competency model,how to improve training methods,and how to establish and improve training evaluation.To be problem-oriented,find solutions and suggestions,put forward suggestions for improving the education and training of league cadres,and meet the new requirements of the education and training of league cadres in the new era. |
