| At present,cloud computing has becoming the strategic devel opment direction of China’s information construction and an important part of the strategic emerging industry.The previous model of government sectors purchasing e-government infrastructure will quickly shift to the model of purchasing cloud computing ser vices and operating services.Guangzhou government information cloud service platform operating model is based on cloud computing technology,providing a platform for integrating government information resources,and an operating model that charges on dema nd.Emerging information technologies such as cloud computing,big data and others will become the main driving force to promote the development of our country’s e-government.China’s investment in this field will grow by more than 30% annually,and there will be a huge development potential.Based on the analysis of Guangzhou government information cloud service platform mode,this paper uses methods and theories like document analysis,case analysis,interviewing and subjective scoring method,combining integrated management of project management to analyze and study the issues.This paper studies the differences between the existing cloud model and the Guangzhou government information cloud service platform,to analyzes operational situation,operational management issues and operational model risks.Main conclusions of this paper :(1)Adopt the project management theory to guide and improve the operation mode,and solve the problems encountered in each link of operation;(2)Adopt the IT operation and mai ntenance management system to further improve and upgrade the operation mode;(3)The importance of information security risks is highlighted in the analysis of operation mode by risk management Then adopt control measures for general and information security risks;(4)Promote standardized and perfect operation system,security architecture and service guarantee by promoting relevant technologies and cultivating talents. |
