| With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology,online trading channels are increasing,and the electronic information business of banks is more and more convenient,which provides a hotbed for the breeding of telecommunication network fraud.Various fraud methods such as false part-time and financial management are emerging,which makes the people unable to prevent it and seriously threaten the personal and property security.As one of the four state-owned banks,Agricultural Bank of China shoulder social responsibility and mission,and play an important role in the risk management of telecom network fraud.ABC Lanzhou Branch will inevitably face the telecom network fraud and fraudsters in Lanzhou.At present,there are still many shortcomings in risk management measures.How to effectively prevent the risk of telecommunication network fraud,It is not only urgent,but also a long way to go.This thesis takes the customer telecommunication network fraud risk management of the Agricultural Bank of China Lanzhou Branch as the research topic,with the help of risk management and information asymmetry theory,analyzes the current status and existing problems and shortcomings of the Agricultural Bank of China Lanzhou Branch in the telecommunication network fraud risk management.Customer-related information data,select the debit card customer’s basic situation,account opening,transaction details,moral quality,credit status and other dimensions,use the random forest analysis model to screen out 18 risk characteristic variables,and then use the Logistic regression analysis method to analyze the risk characteristics Variables are used to identify risk elements,and combined with real data,the identified risk elements are evaluated from the two dimensions of account fraud rate and average fraud amount,and then risk classification is performed.Finally,a targeted risk management strategy is proposed based on the quantitative results.On the other hand,through the collected public security and bank cases,using text mining analysis methods,the types of telecom network fraud are summarized,and measures to prevent the risk of telecom network fraud are proposed.The results show that there are 2 low-risk elements,5 medium-risk elements,and 4 high-risk elements in the account suspected of telecommunications network fraud.It is more reasonable to carry out risk classification management.Classification management helps to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of risk identification.It is supplemented by the high-frequency words and word cloud diagrams selected by text analysis.On this basis,the corresponding risk management strategy will be designed.More targeted and effective.This research helps to improve the quantitative level of customer telecommunication network fraud risk management of Agricultural Bank of China Lanzhou Branch,and can provide important method guidance and practical basis for the scientific management of customer telecommunication network fraud risk. |
