Study On The Issue Of Enterprise's Credit

Enterprises are the main body of creating fortunes, and the enterprise's credit is essential to the social credit .But the negative effect of the crisis of enterprise's credit nowadays is influencing ever-y aspect of our society -people's life ,the development of national economy ,even the social quality of the 21st century and so forth .Therefore ,the issue of enterprise's credit has received much attention from the government and all circles of our society. At the end of the year 2001, it was Chairman Jiang Zemin who pointed out in the Central Economy Conference that there would be no order and the market economy wouldn't develop smoothly if there weren't credit. He also mentioned in his report in the 16th Conference that to run the country, operation of law and rule of virtue should supplement each other ,besides ,credit is the key to the education of social merit, professional ethics and family virtue . Premier Zhu Rongji pointed out in his government report in 2001 that we should conscientiously focus on the construction of social credit .He wrote an inscription for the State Accounting Institute in this way -no manipulation of account. As far as this issue is concerned, enterprise's credit is the key point ,personal credit is the model and social credit is the goal .However .nowadays ,the issue of enterprise's credit is the most striking problem ,which includes great practical meaning to make a careful study of it . Firstly ,this paper combines the study of the traditbnal credit theory of china with that of the west, it gives a definition of the implications and contents especially the contents of modern credit .Besides ,it includes the importance of credit , which is considered to be the theory foundation of the study .Secondly ,this paper makes an all-round analysis to the lack of credit in enterprises and dissect the cause of its harmfulness . Thirdly , the paper compares the internal cause with the external one to prove that lack of enterprise's credit is the result of multi-factors and must be dealt with in a compound way . At last, on the basis of analysis to the issue ,we should not only carry forward the traditbnal credit theory but also use the fruits of the credit construction in the west for reference ,to build up a multi-dimensional system of measures, to solve the problem of the lack of enterprise's credit by combining the fruits of both ,because only when the recognition of any issue is put into practice can the theory be valuable. Therefore, I seek to put all kinds of measures together into a comparatively thorough system , which should be operative , practical, beneficial to the devefopment of enterprises , helpful to the promotion of the market economy.
