With the deepening of the application of digital technology,digital technology has profoundly affected the original interpersonal relationship and social structure in rural areas,shaped new social ties,and brought challenges to social governance.At the same time,digital platforms have gradually become an important means of grassroots governance and promoted the digital governance of rural areas.Based on the field research and online observation of FD villages in western Guangdong,this paper analyzes the process and mechanism of digital platform reshaping rural social ties from three dimensions of social relations,power structure and social order,and discusses the possible impact of digital platform on main social relations inside and outside the village.The change of the power structure from the coexistence of elder power and the power of The Times to the coexistence of system power and the power of The Times.The transformation process of social order from the endogenous order of proprieties to the embedding of administrative jurisprudence and then to the embedding of platform technology.Based on the analysis of the transformation process,the paper abstruses the characteristics of platform community,which is the new rural social bond remolded by digital technology,including: multiple governing bodies,decentralization of power,technology embedded order,emotional rationality and logic,and virtual public space.At the same time,the paper also tentatively discusses some possible risks in the platform community constructed by digital technology,such as the weakening of the administrative authority of local government,the inequality of the information power of villagers,the ambiguity of the boundary of data collection by enterprises,and the lag of the law on the regulation of technology.Based on the potential impact of digital platform on rural governance,the paper proposes that the government should be "brought back" while adhering to the combination of effective market and effective government.It also needs a set of mechanisms,industry data standards and regulatory laws to fix technological inequalities;Reforming and optimizing cyber security rules and standardizing cyber products;Strengthen self-regulation and technological control of the Internet,improve the norms of the Internet market and establish a sound Internet rating and filtering system.
