Research On Shanghai Community Public Security Management Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

As the Free nerve ending of digital governance,community is an important grass-roots practice of digital China.In recent years,with the continuous development of digital communities and the steady progress of smart city construction in Shanghai,the new trend of digitalization will bring new challenges and problems to various levels of public security management entities in Shanghai.The transformation of digital communities in Shanghai can keep up with the trend of information technology and digital community governance,making public security management entities at all levels more adept at dealing with illegal and criminal activities related to information technology.By studying the current situation and existing problems of public security management in community A of Shanghai in the context of Digital transformation,this paper proposes targeted optimization strategies to solve the problem that public security management in community A does not fit closely with digital development.This paper combines the research contents of digital governance theory in the aspects of digital society governance concept,governance subject,governance technology,governance media,governance achievements,etc.,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation,problems,reasons and countermeasures of public security management in the context of Digital transformation of community A in Shanghai by using questionnaire survey,personal interview and case study,so as to improve the level of community public security management.The main research content of this article is as follows:Based on the analysis and research of relevant literature,this article further elaborates on the current research status of public security management and digital communities at home and abroad,as well as the development process of their combination.It also combines relevant theoretical foundations to develop the research ideas,methods,and content of this article.Then,starting from the concept definition and governance theory,the concept definition of Digital transformation and public security management is introduced,based on the collaborative governance theory and digital governance theory as the theoretical basis of contemporary urban digital public security management.Thirdly,based on the current situation of community A’s public security management,this paper analyzes the current situation of community public security management in the context of Digital transformation,and summarizes the problems and causes from the perspective of management awareness,subject collaboration,technical means,platform construction and implementation effect.Finally,based on the problems faced by digital public security management in Community A,optimization suggestions are proposed to enhance public participation awareness and ability literacy in public security management,enhance the technical level and platform construction of digital public security management,and continuously enhance the investment in digital public security management by implementing resident education,solidifying team building,deepening technology development,strengthening data utilization,and optimizing resource allocation.
