| The integration of industry and education is an important measure to solve the contradiction between supply side and demand side of talents,it has a huge role in promoting the construction of an innovative country.At the same time,this measure is also conducive to the timely release of the technological R&D potential of colleges and universities,enhance the talent training level of many vocational colleges,and also help to improve the effective competitiveness of enterprise development.Against this background,with the introduction of relevant policies one after another,a province in Central China took advantage of the situation and issued the "implementation plan for deepening the integration of industry and education",which promoted the deep integration of education and industry,promoted the docking of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain,and was selected as "the first batch of national pilot provinces for the construction of industry and education integration",which is important for promoting the rapid development of industry and education integration in this province There is no doubt that it is helpful.Since the implementation of the program for more than a year,it has achieved fruitful results,but also exposed some problems.The study of these situations is of great value to solve the problems of the current difficulties in the implementation of the industry education integration policy in the province and the low enthusiasm of enterprise participants.Based on the background of vigorously promoting the integration of industry and education,this paper introduces synergetics,synergy,triple helix and other related theories to analyze the problems and causes of the government’s policies in promoting the integration of industry and education,and on this basis,draws on the implementation experience of other provinces and cities,puts forward a series of feasible suggestions.At present,in the process of implementing the policy of integration of industry and education in a province of central China,the main problems are that the policy propaganda is not in place,the policy formulation is not scientific enough,and the policy implementation needs to be strengthened.The main reasons for the above-mentioned problems are that the participants do not have a clear positioning for the integration of industry and education,various supporting measures on the policy content are not perfect,the industrial and professional structure is not very matched,and the overall resources restrict the effective promotion of the integration of industry and education.In addition to some objective reasons,these reasons are mainly caused by subjective factors.In view of the above problems and the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following three aspects: establishing a correct concept of policy implementation,building a scientific interest sharing mechanism,and forming a sound policy support system,covering three levels of policy publicity,formulation,and implementation,fully considering the respective attributes and interest demands of all participants in the integration of industry and education,so as to promote the integration of industry and education The industry,the education sector and the government have formed a community of mutual benefit in the process of implementing the industry education integration policy,which expands the research ideas of industry education integration policy and enriches the relevant research results. |
