| With the adjustment of economic structure and industrial upgrading,the cultivation of high-level applied talents has become the direction of human resources supply side reform.Therefore,the "integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation" has been listed as an important task for the reform and development of colleges and universities,which is important for promoting the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional economy.It is of great significance to cultivate new drivers of economic development.Although the integration of production and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges has promoted the development quality of education,there are still many problems in the field of practice.These problems can not be coordinated and solved by relying on schools and various social organizations.It is more necessary for the government to play a greater role in carrying out corresponding top-level design,communication and coordination to promote the integration of production and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.Taking Zhaoqing City as the research sample,based on the new public service theory,triple helix theory and collaborative innovation theory,through the identification of the role of Zhaoqing City in promoting the integration of industry and education of applied undergraduate colleges,this paper summarizes that the role of the government is mainly reflected in the four dimensions of top-level design,financial support,platform construction and communication and coordination.On this basis,the evaluation index system of promoting the integration of industry and education in Applied Undergraduate Colleges in Zhaoqing is established.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the role of the government,ranking the importance of 14 indicators in 4 categories in the government role rating index system,and through the comprehensive evaluation of the role of Zhaoqing in promoting the integration of industry and education of applied undergraduate colleges,it is concluded that the role level of Zhaoqing in promoting the integration of industry and education of applied undergraduate colleges is "general",the role level of top-level design and platform construction is "strong",and the role level of capital investment,communication and coordination is "general".That is,in the process of promoting the integration of industry and education in applied undergraduate colleges,the government should not only strengthen the capital investment,but also strengthen the communication and coordination among the participants.Through the case analysis of Guangzhou and Ningbo local governments promoting the integration of industry and education,the overview of the "cooperative education" model in the United States and the "dual system" model in Germany,this paper puts forward some suggestions for Zhaoqing municipal government to promote the integration of industry and education in applied undergraduate colleges,give play to the overall planning and management role of the government,and promote the smooth implementation of the integration of industry and education in Zhaoqing Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges and universities.Through the research on the role of Zhaoqing municipal government in promoting the integration of industry and education of applied undergraduate colleges,clarify the role of the government in promoting the integration of industry and education and the division of responsibilities of various participants,provides pertinent suggestions for Zhaoqing municipal government to promote the integration of industry and education of applied undergraduat e colleges and give full play to the functional role of local government.It also provides a reference for other local governments to promote the integration of industry and educatio n in applied undergraduate colleges. |
