Practical Research On Optimizing The Business Environment Of Private Enterprises With "Two Health" In Wenzhou City

After the reform and opening up,Wenzhou,as the birthplace of the private economy,created the well-known "Wenzhou Model" throughout the country.With the continuous deepening of market economic reforms across the country and the continuous development of the private economy,the advantages of Wenzhou ’ s original model of "small commodities and large markets" have gradually weakened.The gradual increase in labor costs has led to the loss of advantages and the lack of advantages in urban development.The industrial transformation is lagging behind,and the gap with first-tier cities such as Hangzhou and Shanghai has grown wider in recent years.Nowadays,the problems faced by Wenzhou’s development model have gradually become common problems faced by private enterprises in other regions of our country and even in the development of the national market economy system.Since Wenzhou City was approved to create a pilot area for the creation of the "two health" pilot areas in the new era,how Wenzhou City can solve the development problems and lead the further development of the private economy has become a hot issue of concern from all walks of life.This paper conducts a practical research on optimizing the business environment of private enterprises with "two health" in Wenzhou City,and analyzes how Wenzhou City uses the "two health" as the starting point to innovatively implement a series of measures to optimize the business environment of private enterprises.At the same time,through questionnaire surveys,we learned about the problems in Wenzhou City’s work of optimizing the business environment of private enterprises with "two health",and through interviews and investigations,we studied and analyzed the causes of the problems,and finally put forward five countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of Wenzhou’s next work : Improve various supporting policy settings;strengthen the effective implementation of policies for benefiting enterprises;continue to deepen the reform of "at most one run";strengthen the construction of a business legal environment;strengthen the construction of a new type of "pro-" and "clear" political-business relations...
