Research On The Optimization Of Business Environment In Taizhou City From The Perspective Of Enterprise Demand

In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system and the reform of decentralization,management and service,the cost of land use,logistics,and institutional transaction costs of enterprises has been continuously reduced,and the government has achieved certain results in optimizing the business environment.Business environment refers to the sum of external factors and conditions such as government environment,market environment,legal environment,and humanistic environment involved in the process of market access,production,operation and exit.It is an important manifestation of the soft power of a country or region's economy and an important part of improving international competitiveness.The government is the main force in creating a business environment,and the construction of a business environment for government affairs is very important.Taizhou,as the birthplace of China's private economy,responds to the government's call for “run once at most”,listens to the needs of Taizhou's enterprises,especially private enterprises,for “one network”,and optimizes the government and business environment to be more representative and help stimulate the market to the maximum.Vigor and social creativity will achieve high-quality development and modernize governance capabilities and governance systems.However,due to the continuous changes in the needs of enterprises,this has put forward higher requirements on the public management and services of the Taizhou City Government,and it is urgent to optimize the government and business environment.This paper adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey,field interviews,literature review,and government document analysis.First,it classifies and summarizes the current research status of business environment at home and abroad,and then uses service-oriented government theory and government intervention theory as the theoretical basis,based on Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province.Government business environment is the research object,and an analysis framework is proposed.Then,he made a statement on the measures and effects of Taizhou to promote the construction of the government and business environment,mainly focusing on the comprehensive grasp of what targeted policies the government has provided,how the policies are implemented,and whether government service behaviors meet the needs of enterprises.Finally,draw on the evaluation index system of the predecessors to determine the composition of the evaluation indexes in this article,analyze the collected questionnaires and expert scoring tables,evaluate the municipal business environment in Taizhou through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and obtain the evaluation grade results It is "good" but there are problems and shortcomings.We put forward countermeasures to optimize Taizhou's municipal business environment.To optimize Taizhou's municipal business environment requires the establishment of a sound long-term mechanism for the government's business environment;optimal allocation of government business environment resource supply;moderate Strengthen the supervision of government affairs and business environment functions;continue to improve the quality and efficiency of government affairs and business environment services;deepen the improvement of government affairs and business environment service processes.
