| The obvious improvement of the equalization of basic public services is one of the main goals of economic and social development in the period of the 14 th five year plan in China.The supply level of infrastructure in mountainous areas is very different from that of cities and general rural areas.Infrastructure is an important part of basic public services,How to get rid of the rural infrastructure supply dilemma in mountainous areas is of great significance to improve the level of equalization of basic public services.Based on the geographical location,population distribution and economic situation of N town,this paper takes the infrastructure of N town as the breakthrough point,objectively analyzes the current situation and characteristics of infrastructure supply,and deeply analyzes the main difficulties and reasons in infrastructure supply.In view of these problems,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the supply of rural infrastructure in Wenzhou mountainous areas.The research and analysis of N town shows that there are many problems in the infrastructure supply of mountainous rural areas in Wenzhou,such as the coexistence of surplus and shortage of resources,the single main body and mode of infrastructure supply,and the low participation of rural residents in mountainous areas.The main reasons are the incompatibility between the higher-level policies and the current situation of rural areas in mountainous areas,the weak public service ability of the grass-roots government in mountainous areas,the inconvenient interaction of public service information among rural residents in mountainous areas,and the high cost of enjoying basic public services.We believe that in order to improve the infrastructure supply of N town,we need to strengthen the supply capacity of public services of grass-roots government in mountainous areas,co-ordinate supply,CO build,CO manage and share,enhance the convenience of public service supply,and promote the active participation of various social forces. |
