| In the 1990 s,the world situation changed, and with the disintegration of the Soviet Union,Tajikistan also became independent. However, after Tajikistan’s independence,it has not only failed to win peace and good development opportunities, but also always guards against the turbulent political situation affecting national security, the constant religious beliefs and the frequent local disputes..Fortunately,Tajikistan has received help from the international community and other countries in the region, which has gradually stabilized the political turmoil in the country and made the domestic economic development a relatively good development opportunity, starting with the issuance of the currency of its own country. The domestic economy has developed rapidly. In order to comprehensively explain the development and evolution of relations between China and Tajikistan since 1991,this article is divided into four parts in addition to the introduction and conclusion:The first part analyzes the background of the formation of relations in the tower.First, after the end of the Cold War,the world entered a new pattern and gradually developed toward "multi-polarization." Secondly,in response to the changing world pattern after the Cold War,China has formulated a new diplomatic strategy. Finally, driven by economic globalization and regional integration, cooperation between China and Central Asia has generated new impetus. The second part analyzes the formation and development of the relationship between Tajikistan and China. It is mainly divided into three stages: the start-up and establishment of the tower(1991-1997),the stage of good-neighborly friendship and cooperation between the towers(1998-2013),and the strategic partnership stage of the Tazhong(2013-present).The third part analyzes the status quo of the relationship between Tajikistan. The first is the close political and economic exchanges, which are manifested in four aspects: frequent high-level exchanges of visits, rapid development of economic and trade exchanges, and relatively lagging cultural exchanges.Secondly, there is more flexibility in the non-alignment between the towers, which is manifested by increasingly independent partnerships and seeking common ground while reserving differences.Once again, the cooperation field is extensive and initially institutionalized. The specific performance is the bilateral economic and trade relations with all-round development, the park cooperation under the “Belt and Road Initiative ” initiative, and the institutionalization of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Finally, mutual trust and recognition have political demonstration significance, which is manifested in the strategic cooperation of mutual benefit and mutual trust, strong mutual benefit of economic cooperation, and deepening cultural identity. The fourth part discusses the problems in the strategic relationship between Tajikistan. The first is to promote the continued development of the strategic partnership between the two countries. It is a common aspiration of the two countries. It is divided into three aspects:mutual respect for territorial sovereignty, active promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, and joint cooperation to deal with the three forces.Secondly,it is a concrete measure to promote the development of Tajikistan and China relations. It is divided into two aspects: top-level design to strengthen non-governmental cultural exchanges, further broaden investment cooperation and exchange channels, and coordinate economic and trade relations between the two countries. |
