| In order to speed up the pace of economic development and improve the quality of people’s life,zone f has formulated three rounds of action plans for investment promotion to improve the quality and effectiveness of investment promotion.J town wants to complete this new round of investment promotion action plan,and it is particularly important to improve the work performance of government employees.Pay satisfaction is an emotional experience of government employees,which has a significant correlation with employee performance.It has been proved that employees with high organizational identity are more active in their work,make greater contributions to the unit,and are more willing to participate in the organization construction and strengthen the competitiveness of the organization.By summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad,the author intends to analyze the impact of pay satisfaction on job performance and the impact of the introduction of organizational identity and subjective well-being.Before the design of the study,we first understand the general situation of government employees in the economic park through interviews,then design a questionnaire,and then distribute it to the respondents one by one,and then collect the research data in a unified way.Finally,we use SPSS software to analyze the relationship between salary satisfaction,organizational identity,subjective well-being and work performance of government employees in J Town,f district.Proof hypothesis.The conclusion is as follows:The effect of government employees’ pay satisfaction on job performance is negligible;only pay level satisfaction has a significant positive impact on organizational identity;organizational identity has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of job performance;positive psychology in subjective well-being has a significant positive impact on job performance;survival identity and attribution identity have a significant positive impact on pay satisfaction.Intention plays an intermediary role in the influence of job performance.The conclusion of this paper has a positive effect on some scholars’ opinion that salary satisfaction has no significant effect on job performance.Therefore,the author believes that to improve the performance of government employees,it is not enough to only improve the salary satisfaction,but also to enhance the employees’ sense of identity to the organization,so as to improve the performance. |
