| Our country continues to promote the transition of government function,and the level of government in the grassroots is to be guaranteed,to increase the level of satisfaction,to provide efficient public service,and it’s a subject of a lot of grassroots governments.Current grass-roots government in part due to restrictions,special requirements,work efficiency is insufficient,taken outside,labor dispatching personnel,all kinds of personnel work in the government at the same time,but with different status,their properties,different work requirements,salary,benefits,job satisfaction is different.,shunde district,foshan city,in this context,this article in economy and science and technology bureau as an example,take the methods of questionnaire investigation,analysis,statistics,an empirical analysis using two-factor theory of different status of grassroots government satisfaction.The results show that first,the satisfaction degree of personnel with different identities is different,among which the difference between government employees and labor dispatchers is small.Second,in the challenging work and the work responsibility,civil service satisfaction higher than that of government employees and labor dispatch staff,but in the job autonomy,job satisfaction,personal growth and satisfaction of civil servants is lower than the government employees and labor dispatching personnel;Three is the civil service pay levels and the satisfaction of wages higher than that of government employees and labor dispatching personnel,but to pay distribution,the compensation ability match,welfare,interpersonal relationship,working conditions and other factors of satisfaction is lower than the government employees and labor dispatching personnel;Fourth,in the work challenge,work responsibility and vacation policy,some people are very satisfied with the three types of personnel,while others are very dissatisfied.The cause of the above results,on the one hand,is the motivating factors on unit cannot meet the demand of personnel self-actualization needs and personal growth,unit’s expectations of the different status and requirements,competitive pressure differences,unit division of labor is not balanced;On the other hand,there are defects in personnel management mechanism,compensation mechanism and welfare guarantee mechanism in health care factors.To solve above problems,this study thought different identity staff degree of satisfaction can be improved from the following aspects: one is through the meet the demand of the core of self-realization,build diverse talents growth mechanism,establish a fair and public promotion mechanism,optimization of performance management mechanism to promote incentive satisfaction;2 it is through innovation mechanism,perfect the compensation mechanism of choose and employ persons,formulate scientific and strict rewards and punishment mechanism,standardize labor dispatching personnel management mechanism,to provide diversified security benefits,strengthening humanistic care to promote health care factors of satisfaction. |
