The strategic plan for the 13 th Five-Year Plan of the Customs has taken the strategy of "strengthening customs by talents" as one of the "Four Strong" strategies,and talent management is a core task of the Customs industry.At present,the status of civil servants such as the Customs has been paid less attention to,and the turnover rate has increased.In addition,in April 2018,the original inspection and Quarantine Bureau was added to the management team of the Customs.How to integrate the human resources of the two departments and effectively reduce the turnover tendency is an important link in the institutional reform.This study takes S Customs as the research object,through taking organizational cultural identity as a whole to explore the relationship between turnover intention,and introducing job satisfaction as an intermediary variable,in order to improve employees' organizational cultural identity,reduce turnover rate,and provide effective reference for the improvement of Customs human resources management.Based on the influence model of organizational cultural identity on turnover intention,this paper studies the influence of organizational cultural identity on employee turnover intention by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.By collecting 441 questionnaires from S Customs and using SPSS22.0,the collected data were collected and analyzed.The main analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on.The results show that the overall clonal Bach coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.876,good reliability,strong robustness,KMO = 0.929,the probability of Bartlett spherical test = 0.000,with statistical significance.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation among the three variables,namely: turnover intention,job satisfaction,organizational culture identity;finally,the correlation coefficients between job satisfaction and organizational culture identity,job satisfaction and turnover intention,turnover intention and organizational culture identity were 0.186,-0.487,-0.449 respectively.These coefficients are significantly related to the 0.01 significant level.The relationship between organization culture identity and turnover intention,job satisfaction,in which as the intermediary variable is established,using regression analysis to test the model,the relationship between the existence of certain negative influence,and through the intermediate variable of job satisfaction.The results confirm the theoretical model of this study: Organizational cultural identity has a negative effect on turnover intention,and mediates variables through job satisfaction.These conclusions will be of reference value for customs to strengthen the construction of organizational culture,improve employee job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention.
