Objective measurement is a traditional performance evaluation of public service model,it and objective measurement are two basic models of public service performance evaluation., In recent years, the status androle of the public’s subjective evaluation is becoming more and more important. But Public subjective evaluation and objective measurement results are consistent and the degree of consistency has caused the wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad.
