Research On The Promotional Effect Of Non-public Party Construction’s Participation In Internal Governance Structure Of Enterprises ——Based On The Survey Of 30 Non-Public Enterprises In DongXing District Of NeiJiang City

Since the reform and development for more than 40 years,some non-public enterprises have changed from the traditional family economic model to joint-stock enterprises and embarked on the road of modernized enterprise development.By 2018,the number of non-public enterprises in our country exceeded 27 million and stimulated more than 80% of urban labor and employment.Non-public enterprises realized 171.37 billion profits with a rise of 11.9%.However,some non-public enterprises still maintain strong family genes,and this family management mode also makes enterprises have limited development space with weak market competitiveness,and even are only "a flash in the pan".General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national organization work conference that "non-public enterprises are an important part of the socialist market economy.At present,the party construction work in non-public enterprises has made remarkable achievements,but due to the characteristics of the party construction of non-public enterprises,the theoretical and practical innovation of the party construction in non-public enterprises should be strengthened under the new situation " In recent years,the non-public party construction work has made great practical achievements in promoting the development of enterprises from the aspects of politics,economy,culture and society around the development goals and central tasks of enterprises.However,the researches on how non-public party organizations intervene in the internal governance structure of enterprises,how to participate in the governance and management of enterprises,and how to promote the development of enterprises are mostly at the stage of work summary,investigation and research and experience extraction.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the understanding of the characteristics and laws of non-public party construction’s participation in the internal governance structure of enterprises,and further clarify the promoting role of non-public party construction ’s participation in the internal governance structure of enterprises.This paper will elaborate relevant theoretical concepts from the two angles of non-public party construction and internal governance structure of enterprises through literature retrieval,consulting and other methods,and divide the internal governance structure of enterprises into three mechanisms: leadership and decision-making,supervision and restraint,incentive and efficiency,so as to carry out a systematic theoretical analysis on the promotion effect and promotion ways of non-public party construction’s participation in internal governance structure of enterprises.This paper takes 30 different types of non-public enterprises in Dong Xing district of Nei Jiang city as empirical cases,conducts a sample survey of party members employees,party organization secretaries,ordinary employees,company management,company leaders through the way of questionnaires,establishes a model and combines with assumptions,uses statistical software SPSS18.0 data analysis to achieve the purpose of verification.The results of this study show that the participation of non-public party construction in enterprise’s internal governance structure has a promoted effect on the three mechanisms,which promotes the internal governance structure of the enterprise.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper analyzes the existing problems of non-public enterprises’ party construction promoting the internal governance structure,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for non-public enterprises’ party construction’s participation in the internal governance structure.This study examines the effect of non-public party construction in enterprise governance and management,which will help to provide useful reference for the party to formulate non-public party construction policies and improve the internal governance structure of enterprises.
